Responsibilities:
- Point of Contact for Potential New Clients
- Schedule Potential New Client Consultations
- Manage Internal Lead Dashboard(s)
- Organize and Categorize Lead Spreadsheets, Weekly and Monthly
- Manage Potential New Client Contact Forms
- Manage Website Chat
- Manage Client Reviews
- Manage Internal Conflict List
- Welcome Clients
- Scan Mail
- Accept Deliveries
- Send Outgoing Mail
- Prepare Kitchen and Conference Rooms
- Stock Supplies
- Enter Costs
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited four year college (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
- Has worked with a Client Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
Compensation:
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Benefits offered to employees include monthly contribution to medical premiums of $3,600.00 annually, 401k, Profit Sharing and Cash Balance Plan after one year with the firm, and a work from home stipend of $1,200 annually.
